Going Above and Beyond the Call
Around 11pm one night, Bob Smith (Operations Manager at Four-O-One Security) received a service call from a distraught customer who explained that her dog had recently undergone surgery. She called Four-O-One’s 24/7 monitoring support center and informed them that she kept hearing a beeping noise but couldn’t place where it was coming from. Bob with 22 years of experience at Four-O-One Security did not recognize the beeping sound in the background while he was on the phone with her and determined that it was not our equipment.
Following our employees commitment to providing professional and prompt service 24 hours a day/7 days a week, he traveled from Kingston to Brockville to the woman’s home to help her figure out what was making the beeping noise. Upon arrival, Bob discovered that it was several customer-owned smoke detectors that were making the noise. He helped solve the issue as our employees consistently do and returned home.
Then the very next day, Ryan one of our Security Technicians read the notes from the previous day and followed up with the woman to replace an old smoke detector that Bob noticed needed replacing while he was there. The woman called Four-O-One Security Systems to express that she “couldn’t be happier” with the service and spent several minutes telling our VP Mike Crossman how lucky we were as a company to have employees like Bob and Ryan.
